wlan0 missing - dex357 - 05-28-2020

Hello there,

I just received my PineBook Pro today. I noticed that the wlan0 device is missing. I try the kill switch a couple of times like I red on other threads, but unsuccessfully.

inxi -Fxz gives out for Network: Message: No ARM data found for this feature.

Any suggestion?

I’m also experiencing the same and have tried disabling and enabling the kill switch and rebooting.

I appreciate the PSA Luke as I just received my PBP hours ago! After the privacy tweak, WIFI is working now. I also had to tweak my right-click trackpad settings.

As a follow up I was a bit confused by the wording in the wiki. I believe that 2 blinks = enabled meant that the killswitch was enabled, not the WiFi. I've gone ahead and edited the wiki for that section in hopes to maybe make it less ambiguous.

Thanks for your replies.

FYI I tried to boot a Debian image from a microSD card. Wifi worked not well, but gave a sign of life. So this was no kill switch issue. After that Manjaro worked like a charm.
