Changing to DHL shipping? - boneitis - 05-25-2020
I was unaware of the big difference in community-reported ship times at the time I placed my order. (I would suggest including this information during checkout.)
Already emailed Sales the other day asking about any possibility to change my first batch order to DHL shipping and was told that my inquiry would be forwarded to another team.
Nothing heard back yet; just wanted to post here as well for visibility.

Sales answered me that changing shipping method is not possible without canceling and reordering.

Well, I should probably mention that they got back to me and permitted a refund so that I could place another order.

Edit:
Saw that this thread was linked to from elsewhere. I ought to add some clarification to my situation:
- BEFORE first batch order cutoff, I placed original order.
- AFTER cutoff, I inquired about canceling and re-ordering with DHL shipping (and FORGOT TO ASK about whether I can keep my place in first batch dispatch).
I did write a note in the Special Instructions form on the new order that my original order was placed before the cutoff for what it's worth, but I otherwise just left it at that.
