Symbol meaning in the schematic - dedoz - 05-18-2020

Hi,

Iam having a hard time understand the "<<" and ">>" symbols in the Pine64 RockPro64 schematic: http://files.pine64.org/doc/rockpro64/rockpro64_v21-SCH.pdf

Here is a simple example for 2 pins:

PCIE_PWR: is marked with >> from the SoC, then with >> again on the EN pin of the the switch (or whatever). This clear that this pin in output (from the SoC side)

DVP_PWR: is marked with << from the SoC, then with >> on the EN pin of the the switch. This is confusing, Since it is connected to the EN pin of the switch, then it should be output, but why it is marked with << from from the SoC?

Can anyone please explain what these symbols supposed to mean?

It's just a simply mistake.
I don't think it makes sense to ponder that simple mistake.
To add further, if someone pointed out the same, it didn't fix.
As a result, the number of people pointing out has decreased.

For example, "VCC3V0_SD power"
The parts (U12) and its surroundings parts are not mounted, it is a very misleading circuit diagram.
Many developers "dtbs" are written assuming that they exist, but in reality, only "R89555 (0Ω)" exists.

This is worse than what you point out, right ?
Because many developers make a mistake.

I thought it is just a mistake at the beginning. But when I saw few other pins with exactly same problem, I started to think maybe they suppose to mean something.

Anyways, Iam happy it is just a mistake. At least iam not missing something.

Regarding the U12, you are fully right, Ill be honest, I thought it exists. Sad
