pine64 + 2gb is a dead plate. - may1791 - 05-07-2016

You invest your money in a car that you say it works everything, including brakes, knowing that they have not proven manufacturers?.
So difficult was to test the connection to the network, with a minimum operating system.
They do not respond because manufacturers and designers, and tell the truth, they screwed up and do not know how to solve the monumental failure of the plates 2GB.
I'm disillusioned and fustrado after investing in the project pine64 kickstarter and ignore users.
A greeting.

I assume that you're talking about the DMA-Ethernet problem on the 2GB board? While I do agree they should have found that issue before shipping, it's been solved in software for weeks now.

Also, any lack of response from the Pine team is because they are under extreme work load right now, trying to get everyone's kickstarter rewards out. Once that slows down, support response will get better.

Agreed, I look into a Kickstarter for a Pi project I came up with once, but it would have meant re-mortgaging to get to a working prototype and having to get so many backers to make it viable that it would have required a small army of people to handle the shipping of the devices.

I know it's easy to say don't stress and all will be good, but we must allow them to find their feet. If we are in the same position in a couple of months I would be very surprised.

Which image are you using and what connection are you talking about?
And as fire219 correctly pointed out 1) there are work-arounds for the GbE Ethernet (look into bug-report threads) and 2) the the Pine team is swamped ...
