USB3 with SoEdge module? - poVoq - 05-03-2020 Hello, Quite looking forward to getting a Clusterboard, although a newer replacement for the aging Sopine module would be great. As a start, that previously announced SoEdge module seems to support USB3. Will that work though the Clusterboard USB port? Has anyone already looked into uses of the NPU? Running Mozilla's DeepSpeech Tensorflow model might work: https://www.dlology.com/blog/how-to-run-keras-model-on-rk3399pro/ https://github.com/rockchip-linux/rknn-toolkit https://github.com/val260/DeepSpeech-Keras RE: USB3 with SoEdge module? - tllim - 05-09-2020 (05-03-2020, 08:44 AM)poVoq Wrote: Hello, When the SoEdgde plug into clusterboard, the USB port on the clusterboard still maintain as USB 2. The NPU on SEdge same as the one use by NXP Vivante and the API should works on both platform, please refer to attach diagram. The Tensorflow model should work. Sharing the AI SDK with NXP is a big win, Is there any schedule for SoEdge release date for purchase? Thanks RE: USB3 with SoEdge module? - poVoq - 05-13-2020 Thanks for the feedback! Maybe time for a USB3 supporting Clusterboard2 then? |
