I don't know if everybody here is aware of these SailfishOS collaboration meetings so I thought I post this here. The following is from a meeting that took place on 19.03.2020:

Yeah, I decided to give them a nudge after reading the posts here that 2 devices were given to Jolla for porting/R&D
Let's hope for the best outcome out of this! An official port would be great!

Given Sailfish runs pretty well on the PP already, if they decided to make this an official port i'd be pretty confident that it would be the most polished available OS on the device for a good while.
