Need support with Support - iyereed - 02-26-2020

Hello people,
I have some sort of defective screen (I guess). It has covered up with stripes after few seconds of work. It seems like full pixel rows across the screen died. There is other artifacts some times (like vertical "ghost" lines of the bright picture elements or vertical jitter). Take a look at the video and photos. I try to get help from support for 21 days. And all I got is two replies. The last one was 16 days ago. They asked me for video and disappeared. It seems they just ignore me. What should I do to get a replacement (or a bug fix if this is some how software problem)?

Do the lines appear on the self-test screen? Tried booting other distros?

Horizontal blank lines just exist. Permanently. No matter what OS I tried (Ubuntu touch, PostmarketOS, Neon). They were there. Vertical lines appear above and bottom the light picture elements. There is also vertical jitter some times. All these effects present in attached materials.

probably it would be easier to just link to photos/videos where people can click and watch (imgur, youtube etc.), instead of uploading big archives

As I understand it means disassemble. Won't this void warranty?

Yes, you might want to try some disassembly if you fixed something like a cracked iphone before. I'm not sure on the warranty position so you may want to wait for an official reply.
Post in another thread says opening it won't be a problem if you do it properly.

Disassemble will not void warranty. Damage or altering (like soldering) may void warranty.

I tried reseating the cable but unfortunately this didn't solve the problem.
