I believe all the Braveheart units are sold out, so your current options are to wait until they are delivered and someone decides to sell theirs or just wait for the production units to go on sale.

You aren't alone, though, as UBports has gotten Ubuntu mostly working on the PinePhone. I'm sure you can find their status and similar topics on their forums.

They are said they are planning to sell the Pine phone complete with an operating system starting approximately in March 2020.

That said : If you go to the store and find the ad for the Pine phone it says "out of stock"

   At the 'Pine64 Store',  The pinephone is near the bottom of the page,   
      I 'think'  there is a link to sign-up for notifications on that window.
BUT,
   The next anticipated pre-order sales are expected to start sometime in March,  You may get a better idea by
     checking the forum starting in early March.
