no language in Look and Feel - dream - 01-02-2020

hello,

I get my PBP.
I want to add Chinese support.but when I goto Control Center-->Look and Feel,I can't find Languages.

How can find the Language?

under 'settings' ?
I found on my Gnome/Debian/Stretch

the PBP default OS is Mate,I can't find Languages and region setup.
