Does the lid move much within the grips? From the Amazon page it looks like they were made rigid, and for thicker laptops.

those ears are pretty tight on the screen lit and laptop feels pretty snug even if you could fit a 1/2inch thicker one,it's not putting any stress on the hinge movements,
all in all the clam shell grabs the laptop pretty decent

I've been playing musical bags/sleeves whenever I travel with either PB. One's a hair too small, the other's a hair too big, none of them hold either just right.

it is an almost perfect fit ...i don't even take it out of the sleeve anymore ..its just so grabable ,lol
not the cheapest but it feels tough

ahaha...noice! same exact construct at half the price
then what i got ,i wish i would have that one...at that price point go for it they're practical
