bypassing 12v - khaosgrille - 08-15-2019 Hi, want to power the rockpro64 with lifepo4 batteries. with 2 of them i get around 6.5V. Looking at the schematics the device only needs 5V. Is there a good reason not to bypass the 2 buck converter and inject directly 5V? It seems much more efficient than stepping up to 12V and than going back to 5V.
