As most of PSU : Positive in center !

Indeed!
There's only been a couple of crazy firms like JR, Spektrum (radio control transmitters) and Yaesu (amateur radio) to go and do centre negative connectors... 
... with leads that were often used in cars... where the chassis is negative/ground... or which you could plug into the other 99% of centre positive devices... really smart idea, that was!
