Camera module with Android - Kam - 05-07-2019

Hi Everyone,

I just bought the PINE LTS Camera module and install it on the board as showing in this pic (https://store.pine64.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/5mpcamera2_large.jpg)
I'm using android 7.1.2 and I can not run the cam from any application, did I skipped something?

I just installed the cam and run camera application from the market and nothing happened, I install the droid info application and it seem it can not detect the camera module.

I didn't find anything in the wiki about the camera module.

Use the stock Android 6.0 build, the camera driver already installed by default. https://wiki.pine64.org/index.php/SOPINE_Software_Release#Android_6.x

im having the same issue with the camera, using android 6.01 from using the  sd to EMMC image
so i thaut id re flash the EMMC using the usb adapter and do a fresh install with the camera but its just freezing on the SOPINE logo now
it also gets errors when i finished flashing the EMMC using the adapter, this is my 2nd camera, i broke the first 1 and i have 2 emmc to usb modules
what's could be the issue here?

Pine64 LTS, 7 inch screen, 64gb EMMC, BT wifi, modified c4 labs case, 5AH lipo battery with the thermistor pcb from the pine 18650 pack

i tried again with the sd to emmc image, it boots now but no camera,

a camera, accelerometer, and onboard sound would finish off my tablet project

i have my camera working,
it only works when i downloaded the android 6.0 from the link above, and i used a 16GB micro SD,
it does not work if i use the images from the pine 64 installer for the EMMC

i also noticed my charge led and power led are working again after changing the software image
