PCIe for network // Networkanalyzer - Questioneer - 05-07-2019

Hi,
I'm pretty new with the ROCKPro64.
I want to build a lowcost Networkanalyzer for PLC networks. For this reason i want be able to use different desktop adapters.
My Plan is to install Ubuntu on the ROCKPro64 and plug in my Network Adapter on the PCIe.
But im not shure if this will work.

Does any one have some experience with uising the PCIe on the ROCKPro for Ethernet?
Thx in advance Q

ayufan has the experience on porting 10Gbps Ethernet card in Rockpro64, you can approach him at PINE64 wiki (ROCK64 channel, http://pine64.xyz then /join #rock64).
