Hello, I know there are often bottlenecks. I placed a new order today for a RockPro64 4GB Ram board. When is the next shipment expected to be sent out?

Per oine64.org website info, the next shipment schedule on February 15.
Note: PINE64 next shipment date will be on February 15th 2019.Ship from Shenzhen China.

Thank you, but that website announcement goes on to say "In view of this, please note that the last call for dispatch is on 25th January 2019."
Since I ordered on February 6th, does that mean my order will not be delivered out of the February 15th dispatch?
If not, when can I roughly (I understand delays happen) expect delivery?
