hey guys.
i just want to add a turn (on/off) button to my pine. 
and can i install a cooling fan to it ? 
any help please

With your Pine, you should have gotten a small button loose in the bag for your Pine. You can put that on either the Power or Reset 4-pin holes on the board. (Shown on the right side of this picture: http://wiki.pine64.org/images/7/7d/Pine64_Board_Connector.png )

For a cooling fan, you can get one from eBay or Amazon, just get one that runs off of 5V. You can power the 5v fan through the GPIO pins 4 and 6. (Shown here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0cEs0lxTtL3YU1CNmJ2bEIzTlE/view )

If you don't want to mess with wires on the cooling fan, you can get USB fans, for example these: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002NVC1DS , and just plug them into your USB port.
