The TOSLINK out, work with OpenMediaVault 4 ?

the small fan type heatsink can be used with DAC board with ROCK64.
TOSLink works on Volumio, not sure on OMV.

For volumio, was it necessary to install additional drivers?
I tried in virtualbox, OMV AMD 64bit and the audio work fine, but with a standard audio out, no DAC.
