I try todo install Telegram Desktop un Kdeneon.
But not work. Dependecie errors.
Is It posible fixing.

telegram-desktop is built against libqt5core5 5.9 (which is the current Ubuntu version afaik) but KDE Neon ships libqt5core5 5.13.
I think telegram-desktop needs to be rebuilt with KDE Neon specific packages.
