Package stuck for a month - Railgun - 11-07-2018

My Rock64 order (Tracking # LZ867855082CN) has been stuck with the status "Custom Release" for almost a month now:



Destination : France - Tracking consuming: 1494 ms

China (REP. POP), departure exchange Office country of Dispatch
Origin : China - Tracking consuming: 3524 ms
2018-10-11 00:30
France, Customs release

France, Customs release

Shenzhen, left Shenzhen sent to Shenzhen Post Express company China Express (Hong Kong) Business Department

Shenzhen city, leaving Shenzhen to Goodall (France)

Shenzhen city, Shenzhen Che Kung Temple Center sales department has received pieces (name of the range agent: Zheng Jiahua, Tel: 15012685589)


Is there anything that can be done to solve this issue? I'm not sure what I can do to help it get unstuck.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, I have contacted this email address more than a week ago and haven't received any reply. Package tracking hasn't showed any progress either Sad.
