Package stuck for a month - Railgun - 11-07-2018 My Rock64 order (Tracking # LZ867855082CN) has been stuck with the status "Custom Release" for almost a month now: Destination : France - Tracking consuming: 1494 ms 2018-09-29 00:00 China (REP. POP), departure exchange Office country of Dispatch Origin : China - Tracking consuming: 3524 ms 2018-10-11 00:30 France, Customs release 2018-10-10 11:56 France, Customs release 2018-10-02 08:55 Shenzhen, left Shenzhen sent to Shenzhen Post Express company China Express (Hong Kong) Business Department 2018-10-02 08:55 Shenzhen city, leaving Shenzhen to Goodall (France) 2018-09-28 18:19 Shenzhen city, Shenzhen Che Kung Temple Center sales department has received pieces (name of the range agent: Zheng Jiahua, Tel: 15012685589) Is there anything that can be done to solve this issue? I'm not sure what I can do to help it get unstuck.
