Hello,
I ordered a 11.6” pinebook on September 6, order #73075. I have not received a shipping number. Wondering what’s happening with my order, thanks.

I just check out your order record, the shipping team has not yet key in the tracking number. My guess is either just dispatch out yesterday or on process today. If still not yet received the tracking info after this weekend, please contact pinebook@pine64.org.

Hi, I think I am in a similar situation (order #111165). I got an email saying that dispatch would occur early September. Does this mean that I'll receive a shipping number around that time so that I can track the order? (I think this is a reasonable inference given the above thread; I just want to clarify, since I know little about the world of shipping!)

Thanks for the info! Since I ordered a pinebook 3 weeks ago, I haven't received a tracking number or shipping number, so I will contact pinebook@pine64.org.
