Shipment does not progress - ahs1200 - 10-12-2018
This order has been sitting somewhere with the "translation" "Not duly cast"

It seems as if the shipment was not done in such a way that it can progress. It seems as if it was not shipped sufficiently funded.
Could you please tell me, when I am to expect a delivery? We would like to build a cluster of these machines, once we've tested its performance. But are now worried, that the sipping is done so badly, that we might just lose out money.
An Email of a week ago has gone unanswered.
The post I sent yesterday has gone without an answer too.

After doing a search on not duly cast it seems to mean unable to be delivered. You may want to contact customs and ask if they still have it and if so how you can get it. They might have sent it back already.

Recently the German post system seems return shipment without much reason, the bad service actually from German post after acquire DHL. Please contact German post before they starts returning back.
