save config snapshot script - Vikk42 - 10-06-2018

Is there a procedure/script to save my current system to a file?

Having trouble with netflix digital rights managment.

I can play utube ok.

If you want to backup while it's running check out rsync/rsnapshot

If you want to backup in another system, you can use dd to make an image of the device

Fun with computers II, all because of the useless browser that comes pkgd with my Samsung "smart" tv. 
I tried linux way back in the 92, 94 or so when it first arrived. 

Too lazy to work at it, so I used Windoze, but they and their insistence of know your customer invasion of every privacy rule known to man have forced me to look elsewhere. It is with some dismay I find that the linux space has been invaded by the KYC GOOGLES AND OTHER CIA COMPANIES.

No, I'm not doing anything wrong, other than minding my own business and wishing google to F off.
