Ehi,
I'm sure this has been asked already, but I couldn't find any reference.
How does the BTO queue works exactly? I signed up for a pinebook but I didn't even receive a confirmation email, is that normal?
Will I receive the coupon only when it's my turn in line?

I think it is normal, I did not get any confirmation now and also when ordering 14" before.

I signed up months ago and never got anything. It wasn't until I finally got frustrated and emailed sales@pine64.org that I finally received a coupon and could place my order.
