Check for aliveness Rock64 - DuyLionTran - 06-22-2018

Hi,

I have just received my new ROCK64 2G, I burned the Debian on the SD card and it succeeded. But when I put the SD card into it, nothing happened. The STBY LED, PWR LED, IR LED lighted up but when I plugged it with the TV screen through HDMI, the TV screen didn't show up anything.

Is my ROCK64 dead or are the anything I need to config? Or are there any ways I can check for the life of my ROCK64?

Thank you

What image did you flash to sdcard?

Can you please paste the filename? The version in the filename would be helpful because some images are better than others.

Or at least a link to the page you downloaded it from, or details of how you access that image. Wink

As well as:

  1. What power supply are you using?
  2. What brand / size of microSD are you using (Samsung EVO is the most compatible/reliable to date)?
  3. What else is connected to the rock64 (other than your TV HDMI)?
Just so we get a better idea of what your setup so other factors can be eliminated.

I got several similar issues with a sd card that had problems or was about to die, in any case i replaced it and even if etcher was reporting no problems with the old card the new card worked like a charm, so, test the card and/or try another...
