I haven't tried, but I'm sure the images are the same. The different size of OS builds were created from Phoneixcard utility and ease for user to DD image. I haven't tried, but I'm sure the images are the same. nah, the zidoo won't work on pine, best stick with the pine kernel actually not sure if it'll replace the kernal but the zidoo ota will replace the bootloader and if you don't have the allwinner setup like the orangepi h6's and have a pine with say a 4GB dram module it will be configured wrong and fail to boot. I suppose you could be crafty and figure out where the bootloader is and flash it back but i think it's not worth the effort. Only thing zidoo has going for it is a working play store which you can just pull off of it like I mentioned earlier and supersu binaries and daemon preloaded. It shouldn't be long before someone sets up an image with root so might as well just wait or try and root it myself. The install script for the flashable supersu packages are very well commented and you can do it all manually. Yea, I'm sure that ayufan (or someone else) will build a rooted and optimised image ... eventually. The one issue I am encountering presently is a relatively poor performance in retro-game emulation (the SOC even stays cool), which has been reported to be quite solid on the Zidoo build; hence my question. RE: Stock Android 7.0 release - Luke - 03-07-2018 The issue was Retroarch specific - it only detects 1 core. Stand-alone emulators run really well RE: Stock Android 7.0 release - constantius - 05-01-2018 no one from uploaded android boot..... i have uploaded rubbish not file systems... i flashed sd-card via etcher and wait 30 minutes and nothing is happens. .. also i have tried to use phoenix card but cant flash duo to internal error of program.... RE: Stock Android 7.0 release - constantius - 05-19-2018 any answer? Android's Images dont boot.... iam wainting 15-20 minutes and i have only black screen.... any ideas ? |
