That looks like it uses 5V logic, and the pine64 uses 3.3V, so you would need some sort of level shifters to use it safely. Besides that it ought to work, but keep in mind you will have to wire it up to the GPIO pins yourself (their connector probably won't work), and you would have to write your own driver for it.
