what have I to do, if I want to activate CVBS video output instead of HDMI? I'm using Linux.

Just plugin CVBS cable to your composite TV, and need to unplug HDMI cable. If the HDMI cable still plug to HDMI TV, the ROCK64 board set HDMI output as default.

NTSC, 480i

What? Only NTSC? No PAL with 576i?
EDIT: I had a look into datasheet and it looks like RK3328 supports 576i and 480i. See page 11:
TV-Out Interface
[*]10-bit resolution DAC
[*]Composite (CVBS) output
[*]480i/576i standard definition output

On the stock Android, in order to have CVBS output, teh HDMI cannot be connected.
