I would like to do a summary what OS the board can support now and for the futurs, with link to dowload and release date if possible.

Chromium OS is already "work in progress" by "Chromium OS For All SBC".

(Chromium is just the browser!)
Windows 10 is not possible at the moment, because of missing ARM-support in Windows 10.
Android 6 is "work in progress" by Hahaburger (from this forum) with CyanogenMod 13.

Interesting, the Windows IoT preview is free but commercial use is not free, it is $6.50 per copy. Here is the official Windows link (price listed on section 7 in the commercial terms agreement): https://www.windowsforiotdevices.com/form/index
