Yes, offers much better performance than chromium in my opinion.

Greetings All,

One quite simple way I found was to apply a User Agent Switcher (Firefox has plugins for this) and use Android Tablet/ Firefox. This quickly improves web-page performance. I found this useful when having to do a quick search during projects.
