PINE64: StackExchange Community - By-Jokese - 03-15-2016 You can follow the proposal here: http://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/96710/pine64 The Pine64 Site in Stack Exchange has been proposed. Right now is in Area51, as a proposal. Area51 is where all the communities/sites are proposed. What is Stack Exchange: Stack Exchange is a network of question and answer Web sites on topics in varied fields, each site covering a specific topic, where questions, answers, and users are subject to a reputation award process. The sites are modeled after Stack Overflow, a Q&A site for computer programming questions that was the original site in this network. The reputation system allows the sites to be self-moderating. User contributions are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Status: Define The topic and audience are still being decided. It needs:
To be able to create the community/site, we need to have 40 questions published with a score of 10 or more on each one. So if you are interested, you can post yours questions there. And don't forget to share it. The idea is to create a community as the Raspberry Pi 2 has: http://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/ The Pine64 community its on an early stage. But everyday we have new members and new projects being created. You can follow the proposal here: http://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/96710/pine64 I will keep the post updated with news about the proposal and it's state. EDIT1: Do not use comments to answer these questions. This proposal is not part of a Q&A site, and the task at hand is to submit "example questions" to help define what is on and off topic for a site. Comments are here to help improve the questions by asking for clarification or to suggest improvements; not to answer them. EDIT2: We have reached the first followers goal (60), but thats just the minimum to being able to create it, we still need more followers, so the next stages of the process are faster and easier for all. We still don't have the minimum amount of questions with score of 10 or more. RE: PINE64: StackExchange Community - JulianM - 03-15-2016 Hi By-Jokese, is this the right way to post answers and questions there? - http://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/96710/pine64/96714#96714 I'm totally new to this. Best regards Julian RE: PINE64: StackExchange Community - By-Jokese - 03-15-2016 Sure, you can ask any questions as you did. Or even start a new discussion. Those questions are examples or questions that you would like to ask or be asked in the future community is created. This process is a way to see if the community will have people that uses that community or not. As many people following and making questions better. Once I reach home I will add some questions of interest. RE: PINE64: StackExchange Community - JulianM - 03-15-2016 Alright, I'm done with my 5 proposed questions. How can I further support this project at the moment? RE: PINE64: StackExchange Community - Ghost - 03-15-2016 This is a good idea! RE: PINE64: StackExchange Community - By-Jokese - 03-15-2016 JulianM, you can do 5 questions and 5 up votes on the questions. We need 40 questions with score of 10 or more. Just up vote questions you like. Is important to up vote questions if you think they are useful. We must show that we are a real community.
