This is not a good answer. Why would you ship one or the other? EMS is the superior method and offers speed and tracking in Canada. China Post is slow and no tracking after it arrives in Canada. Please state explicitly if you are using EMS or CP, if not, what criteria to do you make your selection on?

This is not a good answer. Why would you ship one or the other? EMS is the superior method and offers speed and tracking in Canada. China Post is slow and no tracking after it arrives in Canada. Please state explicitly if you are using EMS or CP, if not, what criteria to do you make your selection on?

As mentioned, we always use EMS as first pick. For Canada, we use EMS unless the shipping address rejected by EMS system then we will switch to China Post. Even China post, we still provide tracking number, the tracking result not as good as EMS.

Thank you for the clarification. This is the first time I have seen this properly explained. Perhaps posting a pinned shipping FAQ to the top of the forum would be a good idea.
