Is this the PINE64 STEREO AUDIO DAC POT BOARD?

If yes, it would be very nice to also have a SPDIF only board (Toslink and co-axial) for those of us that don't need the DAC (e.g. using external receiver to decode), but don't have the time/skill/parts/tools to build one.
