I saw your web page FAQ is use USB 5V 2A , but kickstarter update #20 reply message  USB 5V 2.1A , who is true ?

Both should work fine.
I think that you could use less than 2 Amps but you wouldn't have the full capability of the board 2.1 Amps is just the recommend power supply

I have a 5v 3.0amp micro usb unit will this be ok for P64+ 2Gb board ?

If the power supply always delivers 3.0 amps, no matter what you connect to it, then it would work. However, there are some micro USB power supplies that try to be 'smart' and will only deliver higher amps if they are connected to a phone that they recognize. If they connect to an unknown device, they might throttle the power down to 0.5 amps (500mA).

The other issue is whether the power supply is designed to deliver 3 amps all of the time without overheating, or it is meant to deliver 3 amps as a peak amount. It really depends on how well it is made.
