Hello,
I try to emulate a Beacon balise with the Pine64 (I currently use Android 5.1), but that seem to doesn't work.
Does someone has successfully use the Pine64 to emulate a beacon on Android or Another system?

Are you referring to the Beacon balise used on the French rail system ?
... if so are you trying to "read" the balise , or are you trying to emulate the on-board computer that "reads" and processes the balise ?
Perhaps you're trying to model the warning system on a model railroad ?
