Hi.

I'm posting here because account creation on the support site appears broken.

I ordered a PINE64 which shipped on the 21st August.

This is the tracking page;

The destination country is set to United States.

I live in Germany.

The *billing* address is in the USA.  Has the item been sent to the
billing address?

In general, we prefer all support route to the http://support.pine64.org but since you have issue with our support ticket, I have asked the shipping facility investigate into your shipping case. I will PM you on the finding and corrective action.

I am unable to use the support site (I did try) because I cannot register. I can proceed to the point where I click the "register" button (having entered passwords) and then nothing happens. This is why I posted here.

Thankyou for the link.

I've seen the shipping history, via the link sent in email from PINE64.

It confuses me more than it explains, because the package seems to be going in circles.  It's been to Flushing twice, White Plains twice and Jamaica three times.  It's been in transit since it was last seen for 19 days, which is a fairly long time.

Looks like USPS makes a big circle on this package delivery. Since you still not yet received, most likely already stuck in some place. the shipping facility probably need to make a reship attempt to you.

What's odd is that the package shipped from China, I am in Germany, but the package was sent to the USA and has always been in the USA.

The billing address is in the USA, but the shipping address is in Germany.

Actually, the shipping address may also have a problem - it looked like PINE removed the company name from the address, which will make it undelieverable even when/if it gets here; we are in a six floor building with a considerable number of companies.  Addressing to a single name to that building number is not viable.

Please PM me your address so that I can make sure that shipping facility key in correctly. In general, shipping facility don't removed company name from address.

I have no idea how this shipment currently in US and suspect EMS folk put into wrong bin and end up in US.

i was thinking you might understand what the various locations related to. based on my experience with the post office it looks to me like it may be in a "forwarding loop"  where people at one address advise postal person it needs to go to xyz address and when it gets there the people say it needs to go to abc address, and the package is forwarded on bad info.  eventually the package should get back to original sender but it may take roughly 90 days.
