Windows 10 IoT is designed as an Internet of Things development platform, for makers to design and run small devices (such as wearable tech), not as a desktop-style Windows 10 operating system. In that respect (being a regular OS), it is limited and restricted, so I would suspect not would be the answer to your question. That said, what exactly is Hyperspin? Is it a front-end for MAME? That was all I could find from a quick search. It's a front end for MAME, and other emulators. I have it configed for Windows since there is a lot of background work that goes into it, and was hoping to jump it over to my Pine once done but its looking like Android 5.1.1 may not be to receptive. |
