I tried different linux(es) Manjaro, OpenSuse, Debian and ChromeOS
The Skype program doesn't work with aarch64 configuration.
The web version can be installed (Chromium and Debian) but it can only be used for chatting.
You have to wait till MS is willing to compile for the aarch64
