As Marcus said, it is not recommended. More importantly, why would you want to? With the "interactive" CPU governor, the CPU will run at max frequency whenever it is really needed, or will otherwise remain at a lower clock speed and more power efficient state. If you're wanting to overclock the CPU, I suspect it may be the wrong board for your task, or overclocking is not what you really want.
