Missing Items on order # 8164226 - Brandwagon - 09-13-2016
Good day.
I received my order on Friday 9 September. After opening it I realised that most of the items was not delivered. Tracking # RI942220228CN
We received the following:
3 x PINE A64+ Board 1GB
4 x PINE64 Acrylic Open Enclosure
14 x Push Button - On / Off switch
10 x Wifi 802.11BGN/ Bluetooth 4.0 Module
Items outstanding:
2 x PINE A64+ Board 1GB
10 x PINE A64+ Board 2GB
1 x PINE64 Acrylic Open Enclosure
10x PINE A64 International Power Supply
1 x Push Button - On / Off switch
How do we go about to resolve this issue?

They are probably due to be sent out in a separate consignment and should be with you shortly.
You can generate a support ticket here, asking what the status is on your outstanding items. Include name, backer/order number, and any other details you think are pertinent and would help to speed up your enquiry.
