Missing items from my KS order. - Linux Runner - 09-12-2016
To the PINE64 peoples.....
I am still missing items from my KS order.
Backer number is 15251.
Last week I have received the Playbox kit.
I am certifying that I have not received the rest of my order which is the following....
[*]1 - Pine A64+ 2GB
[*]4 - 5 Way 12C Cable
[*]4 - 4 Way 12C Cable
[*]1 - 802.11BGN Wifi/ BT4.0 Module
[*]3 - PINE A64+ 2GB - PA642GBWIFI
[*]2 - PINE64 12C Multiport POT
[*]2 - USB Serial Programmer for PINE64
[*]2 - PINE64 Ambient Light Sensor
[*]2 - PINE64 Humidity Temperature Sensor
I do not know why you are delaying in sending me the rest of my order for which I have charged on 5/9/2016 for $386.48 for the entire order. As far as I know, all of the pre-orders should have already shipped and I have not received all of the order.
What do we have to do to resolve this?

Best thing to do right now would be to send an email to shipping@pine64.com with the above list of missing stuff and your backer number.
If you don't hear anything from them within seven days, send TL Lim a PM and see if you can hurry up a response.
It seems like they have just cleared some 10328 shipments related to the ABS case and z-wave modules, so they are moving stuff, it's just taking waaaaay longer than expected.

... and remember, the z-wave modules came in without programming; they are having to set them up by country, by hand. They did the easy ones first... and the rest are going to take some time.

If you bothered to look at the items still not shipped from my order, you will see it is very common items like pine64 boards and other items.

Linux Runner, if you bothered to read my post carefully you will notice I was responding to pfeerick, not to you; in other words, I was adding additional information (for everyone's benefit) as a response to Pete's note about the shipments and the z-waves. There is a complex shipping fiasco coming to a close which has affected all shipments (including yours) and the discussion is incomplete without noting the particulars affecting the entire picture.
Too often folks only see the world from their own vantage point; in fact, things are much more complex than that usually.

Received your PM message and already instruct shipping facility to check out. Once clear, we will reship on next week (there is 3 days long holiday in China).
