How can i make straight boot without password and choose user ?

THIS works.
i put these lines bottom in this file
/etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf.d/99_ubuntu-mate.conf
[SeatDefaults]
user-session=xubuntu
autologin-user=your_user_name
