Pipewire - Emilio - 03-06-2023

I removed Pulseaudio and set Pipewire. Sounds work well but the phone
Receive well but with my voice to the other telephone sends a strong noise
Can this be corrected and how?. It is curious that when purge Pulseaudio
automatically loads pipewire. The gnome-sound-recorder is also caput(spoiled)

I'm surprised. After the last Mobian update I have done an autoremove and it has removed quite a bit and: my phone runs clean both ways on both emmc and sd!

I am having this same issue on Manjaro. I'll try the autoremove.

Nope, still a problem. Latest Manjaro, latest master pipewire.

RE: Pipewire - nroth - 07-10-2023

The solution to this seems to be to use pulseaudio for sound. It is possible to keep pipewire around if you need it to run the camera for gnome-snapshot. See tutorial: https://nicholasroth.net/2023/07/09/the-pulseaudio-pipewire-frankeinstein-that-enables-good-enough-sound-and-camera-pinephone-pro/
