No longer waking up from sleep after recent update - gamerminstrel - 01-18-2023
I recently reflashed the latest stable image of Manjaro/Plasma Mobile on my pinephone, and now pretty regularly when it goes to sleep there's a pretty solid chance it wont wake up until I hold the power button and reboot.
I did some looking online and saw this: https://xnux.eu/log/#077
it's saying that some linux distros are improperly using the latest version of megi's Pinephone Linux Kernel, resulting in the CPU IDLE functionality is broken. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes running latest Mobian build 20230115, and the power save mode is all screwed up again, never wakes up, and instead of saving energy is wasting it. Have to reflash from weekly builds because updates degrade the system for some reason. Would love to find a working Fedora build, at least it is easy to roll back changes.

Update, I flashed the latest nightly of Manjaro Plasma Mobile last night, and the issue is clearly fixed. my phone has gone from unusable to no longer crashing.
