No wifi/bluetooth on multiple OS's - Xxancap15 - 10-27-2022
I have been unable to get the hardware to detect the module since march, possibly could it be the firmware or the board bad? I have a 3gb Convergence model

If the privacy switch isn't turning the chip off it is likely an hardware issue. The component is directly connected to the battery, a power issue (such as over-voltage typically with non-original batteries in combination with external chargers) can kill the chip. It requires a replacement of the mainboard. I would suggest trying to open a ticket under https://support.pine64.org.
