USPS LOST MY PACKAGE! - Printable Version

USPS LOST MY PACKAGE! - nonmindo - 07-12-2016

I'm super worried now that I'll never see my order in a timely fashion

I finally got tracking info it made it all the way to my local post office and out for delivery, never made it to my door and now they don't know where it is

Package is:
Pine64+ (1gb RAM)
RTC CR
SD card w/remix OS

I'm not sure if there is anything Pine can do to assist in getting USPS to resolve this matter quickly but I'm concerned with all the shipping and supply issues that it'll take forever for replacement.....

If USPS confirmed loss your package, we will make the replacement and not to worry about the supply issue concern.

I'll give them till the end of this week to contact me back or for the package to arrive, they still have not contacted me today and the package did not arrive in mail today. I do already have a case open with USPS.

Noted and thanks on open the case with USPS. If USPS confirmed they lost your package, we will reship immediately.

USPS located the package, the carrier was holding it on delivery day and the shipping label fell of in her hand, I have no idea why she didn't just stick it back on or deliver it anyway since she knew what package the label belonged to, they opened it for some reason and the free button is missing, but that's a small loss, everything else is here.

I forgot to update yesterday, I actually ended up finding the button stuck in the bottom corner of the shipping envelope!
