It was dropped from Debian testing/bookworm due to a regression https://tracker.debian.org/news/1340048/geary-removed-from-testing/. It will probably be added back at some point once they get it sorted out. This sort of thing isn't that unusual for Debian testing, where a package gets removed temporarily and then re-added back.
