VoIP incoming calls issue - saddamus - 08-24-2022
Hello,
I was looking for a VoIP app for pine and the only one that seems to be handy is the app that is installed out of the box - gnome calls.
My problem is that this app is fine for making calls, but does not work for incoming calls.
Capturing with tcpdump shows that the app keeps registration until phone is online, but when internet connection is broken for a while then comes back, the app does not register anymore. Even switching off and on the app UI (process keeps working in background) does not help. I have either to make a call or disable and re-enable voip account to make registration back, which will work until next internet outage.
Does anybody use any voip app with pinephone and arch or postmarket OS that keeps SIP registration and is reliable for incoming voip calls ?
