PinePower Desktop USB-C port dead - qeek - 08-07-2022

I have a Desktop power supply that stopped supplying power through the USB-C port. Wireless and all the other ports work fine.

Has someone else encountered this issue? Is there any way to fix this? The wiki suggests the device is not designed to be opened.

Do you mean you are unable to recharge the PinePhone64 ? If so YES. Mine has been plugged in for 5 days, and has gained 5% charge.
Either crap battery, or crap circuitry.
ALSO.
I am unable to shutdown the PinePhone64. It simply realises it's plugged into power and starts up. (Need to report this)

I don’t have a PinePhone. I’m talking about the desktop power supply which has some USB-A ports and a USB-C port. Unfortunately the USB-C port doesn’t provide a charge anymore. Can’t charge my PBP or any other device

Hello, same here.
I've been using my Pinepower (4 ports + 1 USB-C 120W model) as a desktop charger for variety of devices (phone craddle, wireless headphones, 18650 cells charger) including my Lenovo E595 over USB-C.

Since month i've noticed that charging is being interrupted unless i wiggle cable. Happens, especially because i have official red USB-C to USB-C cable connected on one end to PP, other end connected to USB-C angle adapter.

This morning i've found my laptop's batter discharged and wiggling cable as well as replacing it didn't helped.
Laptop charges fine from it's dock, red cable charges my phone fine so last thing that left in common was PP.

I've ordered my PP at the end of May 2021 so device lasted over a year. Wondering is there any kind of warranty that i can  take advantage of.
edit: yes there is warranty, Device Warranty: 30 Days ;d
