Centos 7 - ebrand - 07-08-2016

Anyone interested in a Centos 7 image for pine 64. I have one based off longsleep kernel
Based off Centos aarch64 release: https://wiki.centos.org/SpecialInterestGroup/AltArch/AArch64

http://www.brandint.com/pine64/disk-images/

image login after booting: root/.centos

Also have many epel packages available in different repo. Feel free to reply with questions or additional info

RE: Centos 7 - MarkHaysHarris777 - 07-08-2016

Are you active (or lurker) on the irc.pine64.xyz:6697 (ssl) chat site?

... have you been in contact with either longsleep, or lennyraposo ? They frequent the irc #Pine64 channel and would probably welcome comments, testing, or help... I don't know--and can't speak for then--but seems like you might fit in really well... if you're already active there (and I don't know you yet) please forgive.

Are you torrenting your image(s) yet? ... something I think the PineA64 team might want to consider, too.

Hi,

you may subscribe the CentOS Arm-dev mailing list. We're discussing there the way how we can provide images for small ARM64 boards like the Pine64.

Cheers
Uli

This is pretty exciting.  I would like to say the  50M boot partition is a bit on the small side.  I wasn't able to properly update to the latest kernel.  Thanks for providing the image though!

Could someone give the detail of the installation instructions? or link.
Thanks.

Who do we contact with problems? I did not get any errors, but get a blank screen.

Is there a resolution we must use?

Hey, do you still have that CentOS image? Link is not working and I can't find it anywhere else.
Thank you.
