ROCKPRO64 PCI SSD SD-boot Install - pspgarret - 06-09-2022

Well hello fwens,

On the pageĀ https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/ROCKPro64_Software_Release the first debian option works *ok* as far as graphics but is spanking fast file and cpu wise when you do a manual partitioning and put /boot ext2 on the SD that the installer was made on BUT put / ext4 on a PCI to SSD adapter (I am using an old m.2 macbook air SSD with a PCI adapter). Anyone have any hints on GPU stuff with a vanilla debian on this chip? I love the storage speed but would like to do somme retroarch lol.

If anyone has tips or pointers on how to make this better or would like to know more on how to do this install let me know.
